Using only homegrown produce local to the Okanagan, The Calm Cannery creates wholesome and nourishing foods meant to bring friends and family together. They also teach canning and preserving classes in the spring and late fall. The Calm Cannery is centered on creating a calm mind and healthy, balanced body through the loving and grounding process of harvesting and preserving.
